'Tis The Season For Calorie Counting

For many of us, we survived the holidays, and maybe even made some New Year’s resolutions to try loose a few pounds and if man milk is your beverage of choice then you need to finish reading this article. Sadly this article may, leave you bittersweet depending on whether or not you are counting calories or carbs.

The average ejaculation is about a teaspoon but that varies depending on a host of factors like age and how much time has passed between orgasms. The white creamy elixir is made up of many different things that make it what it is but one thing we know for sure; it is very low in calories only about 5-7 calories n each ejaculation.

Is Semen High In Carbs? (Sex Health Guru)

If you are on the Atkins diet and worried about eating things high in carbs, then you may want to stay away from the white stuff. Cum contains many chemicals and minerals and one of them is fructose, which is basically fruit sugar and thus high in carbs.

If you don’t like the taste of jizum juice then items like oranges, celery and pineapples may make it taste oh so yummy! Some people may experience a strong odor from smoking, drinking and eating things like broccoli, garlic, asparagus, dairy products which can cause semen and vaginal secretions to taste and smell poorly.

Keep in mind that these are merely suggestions and that every person’s taste buds and individual body chemistry’s are very different so what one person may hate another may love. To each his own! Or you could always wrap it up and use a water based lube that comes in your favorite flavor!
